Job Title: Senior Audit Specialist

Job Description:

The primary role of this position is to provide support to the internal audit team in conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits across various locations, ensuring adherence to established policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing internal audits to verify stock, cash, and sales transactions against records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and statutory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of audit-related information, working closely with store managers, regional teams, and finance to ensure smooth audit operations.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical ability, proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to travel frequently to different locations.
  • Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and areas of improvement, assist in preparing audit reports and documentation with findings and recommendations, and ensure timely follow-up on audit observations and corrective actions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of accounting principles, attention to detail and accuracy.

The ideal candidate should possess a mix of technical and soft skills, including excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
