Job Purpose

The goal of this role is to ensure the effectiveness of key controls in our global operations. This involves supporting the development of testing methodologies and ensuring that all critical controls are properly tested.

This position will focus on assurance activities over resiliency materials and critical controls testing, with opportunities to expand into other operational risk domains.

Responsibilities include developing and executing control testing plans, communicating and monitoring gaps in controls, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve effective results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize testing activities as part of the assurance planning process.
  • Plan and execute control tests, including coordinating review processes with key stakeholders, managing analysts' activities, reviewing quality of work performed, and ensuring alignment with testing methodology.
  • Prepare draft reports reflecting the results of work performed and advise on appropriate solutions and remediation activities, engaging subject matter experts in agreeing on action plans.
  • Present findings to senior management for buy-in and agreement to action.
  • Coordinate activities throughout the review lifecycle with senior stakeholders.
  • Work with the Data Analytics team to identify opportunities for converting manual testing into analytics-based testing and continuous assurance activity.
  • Support issue remediation and validation of evidence before issue closure, working closely with 1LOD.
  • Provide feedback to design and implementation teams on learnings identified during control testing.
