Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Quality Assurance Specialist. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and performing inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing products to confirm quality conformance to specifications.
  • The specialist will analyze and investigate reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with our guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Collaboration with the production team will aim to achieve better results and improve product quality.
  • Development or update of inspection procedures will be performed to ensure alignment with industry trends and proper documentation.
  • Risk-management procedures will be monitored, and problem logs analyzed to identify and report recurring issues to management.
  • Quality data will be collected by maintaining records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
  • Documenting quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits will be ensured.
  • Reports and metrics will be prepared and presented to Senior Management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in the promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or any other related domain
  • Proficiency in reviewing content in non-English languages
  • Superb computer competence, including MS Office
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice
  • A sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and QA functions within it
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge of Content Quality Assurance Automation
