We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of new features and integrations for our API and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and define product requirements.
- Document user stories, specifications, and workflows.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate product features in Jira.
- Collaborate with engineering teams during development and testing.
- Support partner integrations with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Human Resource (HR) systems.
- Track and manage feature and defect backlogs.
- Support agile teams and participate in daily stand-ups.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or related role.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with technical exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and tools like Jira & Git.
- Experience with UI automation testing using Selenium.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and HR systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Workday.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Agile project management.
