Key Responsibilities:

  • We lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • We develop project timelines for on-time delivery of new product launches, meeting market demands and exceeding customer expectations.
  • We research emerging beauty trends and consumer preferences in color cosmetics, staying ahead of the curve and driving business growth.
  • We collaborate with Marketing to identify gaps and opportunities in our product portfolio, optimizing our offerings and improving customer satisfaction.
  • We partner with R&D to conceptualize and test formulations that align with our brand guidelines and quality standards, ensuring innovative and effective products.
  • We negotiate costs and maintain vendor relationships for quality and timely delivery, minimizing risks and maximizing value.
  • We ensure all products comply with local and global regulatory standards, maintaining our reputation and credibility.
  • We oversee stability testing, safety testing, and consumer trials to ensure product efficacy, quality, and performance.
  • We monitor budgets for product development and optimize resources, ensuring efficient use of funds and maximum return on investment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetics Science, Chemistry, or related fields is required.
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in New Product Development within the cosmetics industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of formulation development and packaging processes for color cosmetics is essential.
