Senior Governance Lead Position

The Associate General Manager – Governance role is pivotal in ensuring the effective implementation and adherence to governance-related practices across various city-level operations. This strategic position requires close collaboration with Sales, Design teams, and other core departments to identify areas of improvement, mitigate potential risks, and uphold Livspace's governance standards.

This hands-on role is responsible for developing and implementing policies, processes, and compliance mechanisms that foster operational discipline at the city level. The Senior Governance Lead will play a key role in driving business growth while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you must have excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
