Senior IT Governance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned IT Governance expert to lead and drive large-scale initiatives for a finance/NBFC organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in setting up Data Centers from scratch, establishing robust Testing COE, and developing enterprise-grade Resiliency & Operations Centers (ROC).

About the Role

The Senior IT Governance Leader will be responsible for:

  • Data Center Setup & Management: Ensure scalability, compliance, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
  • Lead end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of enterprise data centers.
  • Testing COE (Center of Excellence): Establish and govern Testing COE frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies.
  • Drive quality assurance across applications, infrastructure, and business systems.
  • Resiliency & Operations Center (ROC): Build and manage an advanced ROC for proactive monitoring and incident management.
  • Implement resiliency strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • IT Governance & Compliance: Define IT policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with finance/NBFC regulations.
  • Oversee audits, risk management, and compliance with RBI and regulatory guidelines.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Partner with CXOs to align IT governance with business strategy.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Data Center design & operations.
  • Proven experience in Testing COE setup and execution.
  • Hands-on with ROC tools – Zoho Manage Engine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace.
  • Knowledge of resiliency frameworks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Strong governance, compliance, and regulatory understanding of finance/NBFC sector.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
