Marketing Leader Role

We are seeking a talented and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fast-paced consumer-facing industries, with the ability to blend brand-building and performance-driven marketing to meet business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You will also be a creative thinker with hands-on execution capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives for the FMCG/QSR portfolio.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer insights and trends.
  • Define positioning, value propositions, and brand identity across all channels.
  • Conceptualize and execute ATL & BTL campaigns (print, outdoor, digital, radio, TV, in-store promotions).
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and communication across all touchpoints.
  • Manage social media, influencer marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, and loyalty programs.
  • Drive online ordering platforms, delivery aggregator partnerships, and brand presence.
  • Track ROI on campaigns and optimize for performance.
  • Build consumer engagement strategies to increase footfalls, repeat purchase, and brand loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or Business Management.
  • ~6–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years in FMCG/QSR industry.
  • Strong exposure to brand management, campaign execution, and digital marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with hands-on execution capability.
