Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of hands-on digital marketing experience and demonstrate a strong ability to strategize, implement, and optimize campaigns while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Develop SEO strategies to improve organic reach and rankings.
  • Create, manage, and optimize content across blogs, social media, and websites.
  • Lead campaign performance analysis and prepare detailed reports using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEMrush.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and creative assets.
  • Oversee paid advertising budgets and optimize for performance and ROI.
  • Identify new trends, tools, and technologies to keep campaigns competitive.
  • Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Engage in customer journey analysis and personalize campaigns for segmented audiences.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong experience in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • SEO, content marketing, and lead generation expertise.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign reporting and performance tracking.
  • Ability to lead small teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven digital marketing experience in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Demonstrable success with online campaigns, content creation, and analytics tools.
