Influencer Marketing Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful influencer marketing senior executive will lead the strategy and implementation of campaigns across various social media platforms.

Content Strategy & Execution:

  • The ideal candidate will ensure that all created content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for maximum performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI) metrics.
  • The successful candidate will provide detailed reports and insights to optimize future influencer marketing campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align influencer activities with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with agencies to execute campaigns effectively.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing and the beauty/wellness industry.
  • The ideal candidate will identify emerging influencers and innovative campaign ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in using influencer marketing tools such as HypeAuditor, Qoruz, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
