Customer Onboarding Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Onboarding Lead to drive our client onboarding process forward.

  • Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding strategy that includes training, implementation, and ongoing support services.
  • Built strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful account management and growth.
  • Evaluate process improvement opportunities and establish metrics to measure account performance.
  • Develop subject matter expertise for our platform, working closely with clients to understand their operational challenges and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Provide exceptional product support and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with product management to surface customer requests and translate feedback into product requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Technical Onboarding Manager, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Consultant.
  • Experience managing customer implementations for enterprise clients or consulting on business process improvements at the Director, VP, and Exec level of Fortune 500 companies.
  • Advanced understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based software environments.
  • Ability to work in a startup environment and drive projects from concept to launch.
  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and database structure, as well as experience troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
