Fixed Income Research Leader

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our fixed income research efforts.

About the Role:
  • Develop and launch innovative indices for index funds/ETFs, driving growth and expansion in the market.
  • Maintain existing indices through reconstitution, rebalancing, and daily value computation, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Present new ideas to product teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Monitor competition and global best practices in passive investments, staying ahead of the curve.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, upholding the highest level of integrity.
  • Prepare analytical reports for senior management and external agencies, providing valuable insights.
  • Lead a team of research professionals, guiding and mentoring them to achieve excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fixed income/debt market index computation, with a strong track record of success.
  • Knowledge of mutual fund products and alternative investment funds (AIF) or portfolio management services (PMS), with a deep understanding of the complexities.
  • Familiarity with passive investments and index maintenance, with a ability to navigate the nuances.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for discovery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
