Job Title: Key Role Player

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in Fixed Income, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for facilitating daily bond trades, collaborating with the Sales Team to drive business growth.

  • Facilitate daily bond trades by working closely with the Sales Team.
  • Compile and share investment options with vendors, ensuring timely updates on existing products.
  • Manage cash flows and pricing for ongoing bonds, identifying opportunities to promote on-boarded debt products.
  • Train the Sales Team on available products at the Desk, focusing on last-mile conversion and joint client call support.
  • Resolve post-sales queries for clients and the Sales Team, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Regularly track debt instrument ratings and update the team on upgrades and downgrades, ensuring alignment with market trends.
  • Monitor the ongoing Debt MF Basket and identify opportunities to promote new debt products, driving revenue growth.
  • Conduct research and analyze various fixed income market investment products, developing positioning and pitches for each strategy.
  • Partner with asset management companies (AMCs) to launch new products and create marketing materials, enhancing brand visibility.
  • Prepare presentations and content to drive business in Fixed Income and Structured Products, promoting synergy across different organizational verticals.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree with 2-4 years of experience in Fixed Income or a related field.
  • NISM-Series-XXII: Fixed Income Securities Certification Examination (desired but not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to make quick and effective decisions, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, with expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
