Fixed Income Index Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Fixed Income Index Manager to lead our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our financial intelligence and research team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end index solutions tailored for investment products.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing innovative and replicable indices for index funds and ETFs
  • Performing daily index computation, reconstitution, and rebalancing
  • Presenting new product ideas and insights to client product teams
  • Tracking global best practices in passive investing and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Preparing high-quality analytical reports for senior leadership and external agencies
Requirements:
  • 6 to 12 years of experience in equity index computation, mutual funds, or similar domains
  • Strong understanding of index mathematics, corporate actions, and equity market functioning
  • Familiarity with passive investment vehicles like mutual funds, AIFs, PMS, or insurance
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of coding languages would be a plus
