Job Description

This is a senior-level position that requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in full-life cycle IT recruitment, with a focus on technical recruiting. You will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing: Building applicant sources through research and contacting applicants via job boards, social media, and other channels; posting job advertisements; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; and maintaining rapport with applicants;
  • Qualifying/Screening: Determining and evaluating applicant qualifications by analyzing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements, interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications, verifying references, and building good relationships and reputation with each candidate for long-term association;
  • Submittal/Interviews: Meeting daily/weekly targets by submitting quality candidates for client projects, formatting resumes according to client needs, and following company standard recruiting and quality processes;
  • Developing Candidate Network, Managing Pipeline and Recruiting Lifecycle: Developing a strong network of qualified candidates, managing the pipeline, and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruiting lifecycle;
  • Interacting and Dealing with Clients: Reviewing and submitting quality resumes to clients, keeping their requirements in mind, and interacting with clients on a day-to-day basis;

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
