About us:

We're creating India's new approach to health and wellness—without relying on medicine.

Our daily-use natural care products are designed for sleep, stress, skin, hair, pain & gut health.

Born from real struggles with burnout, sleepless nights, and stress—we exist to make health feel like care, not treatment.

This role puts you at the center of building a zero-to-one consumer brand.

The Founder's Office is where ideas turn into action.

You'll work directly with the Founder on high-impact projects across strategy, marketing, growth, and operations.

This entrepreneurial apprenticeship offers a unique experience—the challenges and thrill of building a new business.

You'll switch hats often—researcher, operator, problem-solver, storyteller—depending on what the day demands.

  • Support the Founder in developing business strategies, marketing initiatives, growth opportunities, and operational improvements.
  • Research markets, competitors, and consumer trends to guide our direction.
  • Assist in preparing business decks, reports, and investor materials.
  • Coordinate with teams to track progress and drive execution.
  • Identify bottlenecks early and propose effective solutions.

Based in Delhi NCR, you'll work in person.

As an entrepreneurial-minded individual, you'll be curious, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in uncertainty.

You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple functions (strategy, marketing, operations, growth).

Direct mentorship and exposure to decision-making are also part of this role.

A steep learning curve in a fast-paced environment awaits you.

Strong potential to convert into a full-time role based on performance.
