Key Responsibilities:

The Team Member - Procurement will manage sourcing, vendor onboarding, contract execution, and SLA governance processes. The role is highly commercial in nature and requires close coordination with legal, finance, compliance, risk, and different business teams.

  • Develop and execute category strategies for Non-IT spend areas.
  • Identify suitable vendors and run RFP/RFQ processes ensuring competitive bidding
  • Partner with business stakeholders for vendor evaluation and selection
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, conduct performance reviews.
  • Drive negotiations on commercial terms, payment schedules, and total contract value for various requirements including special projects, in comparison to industry benchmarks
  • Ensure process compliance, risk mitigation, and audit readiness in all sourcing activities
  • Ensure procurement practices align with internal policies and regulatory standards

What makes you a Great Fit?

  • Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate or Full-time MBA.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and commercial negotiations.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle and category strategy.
  • Expertise in contract law and commercial terms.
  • Proficiency in procurement tools and P2P systems.
