Empowering Rural Women Through Impact Initiatives

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our mission of uplifting at least 1 million rural women through high-quality food products.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to support the development of CSR proposals and strategic outreach, providing a front-row seat to designing and scaling programs that blend corporate responsibility with grassroots impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing Impact-Focused Proposals:
    • Research and draft proposals that align corporate CSR goals with rural women-centric programs (e.g., skilling, entrepreneurship, health, education).
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect community needs and organizational values.
  • Outreach to CSR Partners:
    • Identify companies with active CSR mandates in gender equity, rural development, or livelihood generation.
    • Present tailored proposals and maintain follow-ups to build long-term partnerships.
  • Liaison with NGOs & CSR Teams:
    • Engage with NGOs working in rural women empowerment to understand their models and impact metrics.
    • Customize documentation to reflect shared goals and co-create scalable interventions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

We welcome students or early-career professionals who:

  • Pursue BBA / MBA, or BA / MA / PhD in Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Have strong communication skills and a passion for gender-inclusive development.
  • Are proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Want to build a career in CSR, fundraising, or social impact—especially with a focus on rural women.
  • Are planning to study abroad and seeking relevant experience in development work.
