Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development and Marketing Strategist at AECO Engineering Co in Mumbai. The incumbent will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies, generating new leads, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance using key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and lead generation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex data and develop insights
  • Knowledge of CRM software and marketing tools, including social media platforms and email marketing software
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 (dependent on experience) plus benefits.
