Job Description
As a Market Development Strategist, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with Developers in assigned micro markets.
You will work cross-functionally within our Ana Rock Channel Partner (ACP) vertical to communicate with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Your primary focus will be on nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders in Developer houses and maintaining their contact database.
Additionally, you will ensure smooth onboarding of projects by collecting complete project information as per the given template.
It's essential to keep updating project information on a weekly basis and track all new project launches of assigned Developers/micro markets, onboarding them on the ACP platform.
You will also negotiate and extract best brokerage slabs from assigned Developers/micro market projects.
Tying up with Developers for the ACP platform and liaising for timely brokerage payout from Developers are critical aspects of this role.
You will resolve customer lead conflicts with Developers and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets of number of projects to be onboarded on the ACP technology platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have relevant real estate experience of more than 5 years.
A self-starter with prior experience in business development/key account management is essential.
Articulate communication skills, combined with a strong command over written & spoken English, are crucial for success in this position.
