About the role:

This position is a key part of the Maintenance and Turnaround organization within the ENGINE Center. It provides routine maintenance planning support to Chevron's Refining and Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) assets.

The job holder will oversee a team of maintenance planners, schedulers, and permit writers who are responsible for developing detailed plans and schedules to execute planned maintenance and project work.

Responsibilities include integrating Routine Maintenance planning/scheduling activities with Operations, Maintenance, and Technical, as well as capital project planning/scheduling activities.

  • Coordinate the planning and scheduling of all non-turnaround routine maintenance work at the site.
  • Provide SME support on planning, estimating, and scheduling for Chevron executed project work.
  • Ensure the development of work packages of consistent high quality in compliance with Chevron standards.
  • Drive accountability regarding the use of standard planning and estimating tools and practices.
  • Deliver quality execution work plans and updates on scope status and forecast.

Key responsibilities also include working closely with Operations to ensure schedules are effectively integrated into the operating plan.

The successful candidate will have strong technical background in planning and scheduling tools such as JDE, SAP, Prometheus, and Primavera P6.

A degree in relevant Engineering or Maintenance Discipline is required, along with previous Oil and Gas experience in a Maintenance Planning Leadership Position.
