Business Analyst for Planning and Forecasting

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining planning models that support business forecasting. As a Business Analyst, you will work with various teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional models.
Key Responsibilities:- Model Design and Development:
- Design and Build Models: Design, build, and maintain planning models for revenue, costs, and consolidations.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with internal teams and/or clients to understand business requirements and translate them into planning models.
- Model Construction: Build and develop planning modules, lists, and dashboards based on model blueprints.
- Data Integration: Ensure data accuracy and model integrity by monitoring data flows between the planning system and source systems.
- UI Design: Design intuitive dashboards and interfaces to provide actionable insights.
- Maintenance and Optimization:
- Model Maintenance: Maintain existing planning models, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and efficient.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously improve and optimize models to enhance performance.
- Model Documentation: Document model designs, business rules, and key processes.
- Data Management: Partner with data management teams to test and configure data feeds.
- User Support: Provide support and training to end-users on planning functionalities.
