PHP and WordPress Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Web Development Manager with expertise in PHP frameworks and WordPress development, complemented by strong project management skills. This role will lead and mentor a team of developers, overseeing full-cycle web development projects to ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams of web developers and project managers.
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using PHP frameworks and WordPress.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Implement best practices in coding, architecture, and project management.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in web development with a focus on PHP and WordPress.
- Proven experience leading web development teams and managing complex projects.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of WordPress.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
- Hands-on experience with version control tools, deployment tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment.
Familiarity with hosting environments and cloud platforms.
