Job Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the Food and Beverage department. As a key member of our food service staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests. This includes storing reusable goods, breaking down equipment, cleaning areas, and restocking items.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use
  • Maintain uniform and personal appearance at all times, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Answer telephones using proper etiquette and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, maintaining the highest level of service excellence

Requirements and Expectations

  • Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods or throughout the shift
  • Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, demonstrating physical stamina and strength
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors, adapting to changing priorities and needs
