At our hotel, we provide easy access to guests. With a modern design, the property features 292 rooms and suites on the Premier Floor with Wi-Fi access, a restaurant, a bar, an outdoor swimming pool, and meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 400 guests across 7 acres.

Primary Responsibilities
">- Deliver exceptional and professional service to guests by exceeding their expectations
- Welcome guests as per established standards
- Report any matters affecting our hotel's interests to Management
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Address guest complaints, requests, or inquiries regarding food and services
- Coordinate closely with all departments to guarantee maximum productivity, morale, and guest satisfaction
Operational Efficiency
">- Set up operating equipment and inspect linen and condiments before serving
- Familiarize yourself with all dishes on the menu
- Clear soiled chinaware, glassware, and silverware from the guest table and re-set the table for the next arrival
- In the absence of the Food and Beverage Supervisor, take guest orders, advise guests on specials menu options, and be familiar with the property layout, fire exits, and elevator locations
- Report equipment malfunctions, emergency situations, or suspicious persons to the Food and Beverage Supervisor
- Minimize breakage, pilferage, and spoilage
Requirements and Qualifications
">- Secondary education or equivalent
- Hotel management degree; additional certifications in food and beverage will be advantageous
- Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be advantageous
