Beverage Product Formulation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our R&D efforts in beverage product formulation, research, and innovation.
This role involves establishing processes, managing external labs and suppliers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building a future-facing product pipeline.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's/PhD in Food Technology, Food Science, or Nutrition, with a proven track record of developing and launching beverage products.
- Strategic Leadership: Define the innovation roadmap for beverages aligned with brand vision, build and lead an R&D function, and stay ahead of global trends.
- Product Development & Formulation: Formulate and optimize beverages for nutrition, flavour, cost, and shelf-life, innovate with functional ingredients, and run pilot trials.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure FSSAI compliance, manage food safety testing, and validate nutrition/health claims.
- Scale-up & Manufacturing: Partner with manufacturing units and co-packers, solve for stability, packaging, and supply chain compatibility.
