We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at AdventInfotech. As an Inside Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by engaging with prospective clients and nurturing existing relationships.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners. A minimum of 2 years of experience in US inside sales, focusing on small businesses, CPA, and accounting firms is required. Familiarity with online marketing and social media is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary per month ($4,500 - $6,000), attractive bonus and incentives structure for successful sales closures, flexibility to work from anywhere, and payroll inclusion under our India office.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with new clients via phone and email to explain our offerings and schedule meetings for closing sales.
  • Deliver quotes to new clients and ensure timely follow-up to close deals.
  • Grow company revenues by actively pursuing and converting new leads received each month.
  • Re-engage inactive clients to explore renewed business opportunities.
  • Conduct online demos for prospective clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
  • Build relationships with software provider account managers to maintain a steady flow of new leads.
  • Utilize marketing skills to generate leads and maintain visibility through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
