Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to provide technical support for the D365 F&O platform in a UK manufacturing client's India office.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, experience in D365 support, and a deep understanding of printers, handheld scanners, and F&O as a cloud-hosted application.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture comprehensive technical requirements.
  • Analyse business process leads' and key stakeholders' requirements to deliver the required technical solution.
  • Provide technical support for the D365 F&O platform.
  • Understand business needs, determine the best technical solution, and leverage default D365 capabilities to align with strategic objectives.
  • Support testing activities and train end-users as required.
  • Assist with integrating D365 F&O and CE with custom / 3rd party applications.
  • Ensure MS standards are followed, and the system is configured optimally for performance.
  • Maintain, manage, and support the D365 application post-implementation.
  • Manage version control for custom code, builds, releases, and deployment.
  • Work closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions.
  • Develop quality documentation according to industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain security roles and user access management.
  • Support DRA, Printer, and scanner-related requirements.
  • Create, manage, and maintain workflows.
  • Create, manage, maintain, and monitor batch jobs.
Requirements
  • Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations or D365 F&O expertise.
  • Experience in D365 support.
  • Understanding of printers, handheld scanners, and F&O as a cloud-hosted application.
