We are seeking a skilled Operational Technology Solution Consultant to join our team.
The successful candidate will have expertise in implementing operational technology solutions, with a focus on mid-server configuration, CMDB, discovery, and service graph connector. Additionally, they will possess knowledge of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public, private, and hybrid cloud environments. A basic understanding of industrial control systems and OT network functions is also required.
- Mid-server configuration and CMDB implementation.
- Discovery and service graph connector setup.
- Networking concepts and cloud environment familiarity.
Experience with industrial control systems, OT network functions, and Purdue Model architecture is an asset. Prior experience with implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow is highly desirable. Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and PowerShell scripting is necessary. Moderate understanding of database-level architecture and SQL query writing is also required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
- Configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform.
- Documenting development, configuration, and technical details.
- Preparing training materials for stakeholders.
- Implementing CSDM framework for Operational Technology and end-to-end data alignment processes.
- Collaborating with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes. You will be responsible for identifying issues, gathering data, analyzing, and presenting solutions.
