Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)

Mergers and acquisitions are vital strategic levers to enhance the value of a business. Creating deal value in M&A requires a broader, bolder perspective. It involves identifying opportunities to generate growth, enhance capabilities or reduce operational costs through business transformation, adopting new business models, workflows, and workplace cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver Post Merger Integration/ Carve-out/ Operational assessment projects.
  • Interact with leadership/CXOs at clients during project delivery
  • Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams at all levels as well as within BDO.
  • Drive business development and practice management initiatives
  • Work seamlessly with global teams (at client end as well as BDO)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Business Development/Upsell:
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills, and Power BI.
  • Decent knowledge about operations and processes across different functions in an organisation.
  • Ability to understand complex deal situations and its implication on the client's/target's business model.
