Senior Client Relations Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to fill this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.
  • Provide inputs on financial products such as NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance and investment options.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
  • Participate in client acquisition drives, events and outreach programs as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
  • Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
