We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to act as the primary point of contact between our agency and clients, ensuring seamless communication.

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will be able to understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing/advertising strategies.
  • Responsibilities include managing end-to-end client servicing including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Candidate must be able to collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, and operations) to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.

Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling is essential. Ensuring timely collection of payments and managing account profitability is also required.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
  • Candidate must have hands-on agency sales/business development experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines is required.
