Nri Relationship Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Nri Relationship Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of NRI banking products and regulations, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients.
  • Needs Assessment & Solution Provision: Understand the financial goals and needs of NRI clients and provide comprehensive banking and wealth management solutions, including deposits, investments, and remittance services.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products, contributing to the growth of the NRI client portfolio and achieving revenue targets.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to relevant regulatory guidelines, including FEMA, RBI, and international compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on NRI clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of NRI banking products, investment options, and remittance services.
  • Strong understanding of FEMA, RBI, and other relevant international regulations pertaining to NRI banking.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
