About the Role:

As a client-facing professional, you will be responsible for welcoming new clients over video consultations, understanding their key challenges, and guiding them toward suitable next steps in their journey.

This is a consultative role where your focus is on building trust, simplifying health concepts, and ensuring that clients feel supported and understood.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 1:1 video consultations (15–20 mins) with new clients to understand their needs and provide guidance.
  • Listen actively to clients' challenges and health goals, and educate them about FUME's holistic health process in simple terms.
  • Provide empathetic guidance on the most suitable next steps, and maintain accurate notes and records of all consultations.
  • Collaborate with senior health coaches for client support when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Final-year students or fresh graduates in Psychology, Communication, Public Health, or related fields.
  • Open to candidates from Life Sciences or Nutrition backgrounds with strong interest in holistic health.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Comfortable with video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet).
  • Empathetic, confident, and good listener.
  • Well-groomed, confident, and presentable for client-facing video calls.
  • Passionate about holistic health, lifestyle improvement, and wellness.
