Public Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations strategies that drive results.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive public relations plans that meet client objectives;
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field required;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a public relations role, preferably in an agency setting;
  • Proven track record of successful media relations, event planning, and crisis communication;
  • Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas simply;
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their applications in public relations;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and deadlines;
  • Familiarity with industry-standard PR software and tools, such as Cision or Meltwater.
