Business Improvement Strategist

This role is responsible for leading process improvement initiatives to drive business strategy, enhance customer experience, and optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform comprehensive process analysis using business process management methodologies, tools, and techniques, adhering to industry standards, such as BPMN.
  2. Elicit, analyze, and document business process requirements to inform strategic decision-making.
  3. Analyze current state processes and design holistic, customer-centric future states across products and services.
  4. Maintain cross-functional communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of recommended solutions.
  5. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to monitor process health and performance metrics.
  6. Collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners to facilitate discussions, align strategic objectives, and drive business outcomes.
  7. Lead complex initiatives involving diverse business and IT stakeholders.
  8. Cultivate relationships across functional or multi-business units to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  9. Contribute to organizational learning by documenting best practices and implementing improvements.
  10. Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies, recommending their adoption as applicable.
  11. Mentor colleagues to drive business results and promote professional growth.
  12. Apply change management principles to guide stakeholders through transformational changes.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in process improvement, technology, or related fields.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of business process concepts and methodologies.
  • Possess certification or educational background in Business Process Management, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Process Design.
  • 1-2 years of experience in analytics, consulting, project management, or equivalent fields preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong group facilitation and elicitation skills.
  • Able to conceptualize, analyze, and understand complex problems and their organizational impact.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships, facilitate collaboration, and work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Demonstrate an ability to embrace and guide others through change.
