Job Description

The IT Business Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for facilitating collaboration between business users and technologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the alignment of project scope and requirements with business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication across development teams and end-users.
  • Provide strategic input during development phases, focusing on formulating systems scope, objectives, and necessary enhancements for high-impact projects.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to support informed decision-making, analyzing trends, patterns, and potential issues within complex business environments.
  • Present actionable test progress reports, defect reports, and summary reports to key stakeholders, effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, guiding users through testing exercises and capturing feedback to inform future improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), promoting continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts, developing targeted risk mitigation options that align with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Excel for data analysis and presentation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business analysis principles, including process modeling and requirement gathering.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
