Purpose:
Our Business Growth Strategy involves driving expansion in key sectors through strategic business development initiatives, including cross-selling and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for designated markets/territories, identifying potential clients, highlighting customer requirements, and forecasting market trends.
- Monitor sales performance on a regular basis, highlight deviations, and initiate corrective actions as required.
- Ensure alignment with sales goals at the territory level.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and resolve queries efficiently.
- Document and communicate customer specifications to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Manage collections from clients according to contractual agreements.
- Ensure prompt delivery of goods to client sites.
- Enhance response quality and minimize response time to customer inquiries.
- Leverage our expertise to establish service centers or partner agencies providing after-sales support.
