Global Expansion Strategist

Metalink International specializes in simplifying the process of starting a company worldwide.

This is a full-time remote role for a Global Business Expansion Manager. The successful candidate will oversee market research, develop and implement expansion strategies, manage sales initiatives, and lead a team.

The Global Expansion Strategist will play a pivotal role in driving our international growth strategy.

  • Develop and execute a global expansion plan to promote business setup and residency solutions.
  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key international partners including accounting firms, consulting firms, immigration advisors, tax consultants, travel agencies, and corporate offices.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners in different regions to expand our global footprint.
  • Drive sales growth by generating qualified leads and converting them into clients through strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Represent us at international trade fairs, business conferences, and networking events to promote services and build connections.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target markets, and potential industries for expansion.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.
  • Provide country-specific insights on regulations, market entry barriers, and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Regularly report on business development progress, market insights, and sales performance to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management, preferably in business setup, consulting, immigration, or corporate services.
  • Strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
