Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled lead generation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating international leads through various tools and strategies, with a focus on research and prospecting rather than traditional cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate quality leads for IT and digital marketing services through targeted strategies and tools, focusing on international markets.
- Prospecting & Research: Utilize advanced research techniques to identify and connect with the right prospects. Deep knowledge of researching and understanding client needs is crucial.
- Tool Proficiency: Use lead generation tools like email marketing, sales navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, and others to identify potential clients.
- Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads via email, phone, and other platforms to nurture them and move them through the sales funnel.
- Strategy Development: Develop, execute, and optimize lead generation strategies to meet targets and improve results.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently, take ownership of the lead generation process, and report on performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in lead generation for IT and digital marketing services.
- International Focus: Strong experience generating leads for international markets.
- Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as sales navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, and other similar platforms.
- Research Skills: Must have exceptional research skills to identify prospects and generate high-quality leads.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results without constant supervision.
- Additional Skills: Bonus if you have experience in other areas of digital marketing, sales, or content strategy.
