Senior Associate Job Profile

The role requires a Chartered Accountant from ICAI as mandatory.

  • Pursuing or completing a professional qualification like CIA, CPA, CRMA, CFE, CGRCP, PMP, or CMA is highly beneficial.
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in senior associate level or higher in internal audit preferably in big 4 firms is desired.
  • Experience in various industries like Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Energy industry with technical reviews and other tasks is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for teamwork are necessary.
  • Business development and client relationship building skills are required.
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge, research issues, and present conclusions to clients/managers effectively.
  • Background in governance, risk, and controls with understanding of commercial issues facing businesses is essential.
  • Skilled in developing audit and risk management strategies and methodologies.
  • Experienced in assessment and testing of business and compliance controls.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Internal Audit engagements from planning to execution and reporting efficiently.
  • Liaise with teams and end clients during planning, execution, and reporting phases effectively.
  • Work across different subjects and projects, being agile and communicative.
  • Communicate risk findings to clients in a pragmatic manner.
  • Build relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and support them in delivering expertise.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with clients through engagements and networking.
  • Work with senior team members to develop innovative solutions and proposals.
  • Coach junior team members and review their work.
