Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing e-commerce platforms, product segment-wise campaign creation, customer centricity, and monitoring ROAS.

Key Responsibilities
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Achievement of expected NBS from preferred partners on a monthly basis, maintaining market hygiene: MRP & MOP, and timely collection of payment and account reconciliation.
  • Product Segment Wise Campaign Creation: Developing targeted AMS campaigns for key product segments, identifying and segmenting key product offerings, crafting compelling ad copy and creative assets tailored to each product segment and campaign objective.
  • Customer Centricity: Ensuring customer centricity through continuous improvement of RSI scores, reviewing monthly RSI scores to identify areas of strength and weakness, and executing changes to processes, products, or services to enhance customer experience.
  • Monitoring and Improving ROAS of Marketing Investment: Tracking and monitoring ROAS, analyzing data and optimizing campaigns, reallocating budget to top-performing campaigns, and reviewing ROAS performance and planning strategically.
