Job Description

Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage our quality control department.

  • Lead QC Department: Monitor and control all activities carried out in the quality control department, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Manage Documentation: Oversee and manage documentation as per regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Ensure that all SOPs are available and consistently followed for raw materials, finished products, and in-process materials.
  • Quality-Critical Activities: Assist in ensuring that quality-critical activities are performed as outlined in planning documentation.
  • Process Changes: Participate in reviewing and authorizing changes in processes, specifications, procedures, and test methods that may impact quality.
  • Reports and Certifications: Inspect and verify the availability and accuracy of all reports and process certifications before shipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

10-12 Years of Experience: A minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in the specialty chemicals, agrochemical, or pharmaceuticals industry.

Department Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of department leadership experience is required.

Educational Qualification: A Master's degree in Chemistry is essential.
