Senior Quality Control Specialist

Job Overview:
- Ensure quality control processes are executed effectively, maintaining high standards in a fast-paced chemical industry environment.
- Verify the quality of incoming materials, packing materials, intermediates, bulk products, and finished goods by approving or rejecting them as per established protocols.
- Review and approve finished product reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to set standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the chemical section of the quality control department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Formulate and approve specifications and methods of analysis for raw materials, bulk products, and finished goods, guaranteeing their compliance with industry regulations.
- Document and maintain accurate records of finished products, including batch numbers, dates, and relevant details.
- Store and maintain stability samples for documentation purposes, adhering to strict guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the quality control department's activities, ensuring seamless tracking and auditing.
- Establish communication channels with external testing labs and coordinate the sending of stability samples for analysis.
- Develop and validate analytical chemist methods, maintaining detailed records and ensuring their accuracy and reliability.
- Oversee the execution of necessary tests and evaluate associated records to ensure compliance with set standards.
- Approve specifications, sampling instructions, test methods, and other quality control procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor contract analysts and ensure they operate within defined parameters and guidelines.
- Guarantee that all departmental equipment, premises, and processes meet required qualification and maintenance standards, ensuring operational excellence.
- Implement and monitor validations to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
