Key Client Relationship Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a Key Client Relationship Specialist at Maersk, you will be responsible for understanding customer tenders and drafting requirements for key clients. You will perform and update tasks/steps in the system without supervision and conduct audits of work performed by team members. Additionally, you will perform transactional activities and support tasks, including service information updates, surcharge updates, line creation, and pricing in MARS for key clients.
Key Skills:
You will be responsible for responding to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner, highlighting issues and requesting corrective action from your supervisor. You will also communicate with stakeholders regarding process issues and make recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes and procedures.
