About the role : The position is focused on ensuring maximum equipment uptime and implementing predictive maintenance strategies to meet production KPIs.

We are seeking a skilled Module Maintenance Senior Engineer with expertise in solar module manufacturing process industries, particularly in overseeing end-to-end maintenance operations of solar module manufacturing equipment.

Key qualifications include B.E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputed college/institution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance plans for critical module line equipment, as well as ensuring smooth functioning and minimal downtime through real-time fault detection and resolution.

Other key responsibilities include maintaining equipment efficiency to meet production goals, analyzing repetitive breakdowns and implementing root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and CAPA to reduce failures, improving MTBF and reducing MTTR by standardizing maintenance procedures and spare management, driving energy-saving initiatives and cost-effective solutions for equipment reliability, and managing critical spare inventory, procurement planning, vendor negotiations, and AMC/contractor coordination.

  • Oversee daily checklists, statutory compliance reports, and calibration logs.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and service reliability for timely support and delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff.
