Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize equipment uptime by driving preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for critical module line equipment.
- Ensure smooth functioning and minimal downtime through real-time fault detection and resolution.
- Maintain equipment efficiency to meet production KPIs and operational goals.
- Analyze repetitive breakdowns and implement root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and CAPA to reduce failures.
Requirements:
- B.E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputed college/institution.
- 4 years of experience in solar module manufacturing process industries, especially in overseeing end-to-end maintenance operations of solar module manufacturing equipment.
