We have opportunities in the Module Maintenance department at Fab City- Telangana . Module Maintenance Senior Engineer – 4 years of experience in solar module manufacturing process industries, especially in: overseeing end-to-end maintenance operations of solar module manufacturing equipment.

Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputed college/institution.

focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, driving preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and leading a team of engineers and technicians.

Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance plans for critical module line equipment (stringers, laminators, Glass Loader, Auto Bussing, IV/EL testers, conveyors, curing ovens, trimming machines, etc.).

Maintain equipment efficiency to meet production KPIs and operational goals.

Analyze repetitive breakdowns and implement root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and CAPA to reduce failures.

Improve MTBF and reduce MTTR by standardizing maintenance procedures and spare management.

Drive energy-saving initiatives and cost-effective solutions for equipment reliability.

Manage critical spare inventory, procurement planning, vendor negotiations, and AMC/contractor coordination.

Evaluate vendor performance and service reliability for timely support and delivery.

Supervise and mentor maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff.

Coordinate with production, quality, and EHS teams to plan maintenance shutdowns and improvements.
