Module Maintenance Expert

Drive clean energy innovation and a people-first culture as a Module Maintenance Dy. Manager/Asst Manager in our solar module manufacturing plant.

Critical to this role is the development and implementation of proactive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance plans for critical equipment. This includes analyzing repetitive breakdowns and implementing root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and CAPA to reduce failures.

  • Improve mean time between failures (MTBF) and reduce mean time to repair (MTTR) by standardizing maintenance procedures and spare management.
  • Manage critical spare inventory, procurement planning, vendor negotiations, and contractor coordination.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and service reliability for timely support and delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and EHS teams to plan maintenance shutdowns and improvements.

Success in this role requires a strong understanding of solar module manufacturing processes and a proven track record in driving preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards is also essential.

Requirements:
  • B.E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputed college/institution.
