Solar Module Production Engineer

About us: Founded in 1995, we are a leading solar cell and module manufacturer. Our advanced facilities have 2 GW cell and 5.1 GW module capacity, and we are expanding into TOPCon technology.

We operate with a strong commitment to quality and sustainability. Our 25-acre LEED Gold Certified plant is recognized for its excellence, and our PVEL-recognized modules set industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate production floor operations by aligning them with production plans and superior instructions.
  • Gain hands-on experience in our state-of-the-art Solar Module Manufacturing facility.
  • Strategically manage manpower allocation for operators in defined sections.
  • Coordinate raw materials issuance and BOM consumption on the shop floor.
  • Prepare ISO documents and related documentation.
  • Maintain product quality according to quality plans and specifications.
  • Implement and maintain 5S standards on the shop floor.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of processes and machines on the shop floor.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
